I think one cannot find a better place to live in coventry. The host's Sam and Mary are very warm and helpful people. The breakfast served is very delicious. I had a fantastic time staying there and would recommend everyone traveling to coventry to stay at #78 B&B. Looking forward to staying at you place real soon. Thank you..:)

Excellent location for attending conference at Warwick Uni and for bus/trains into Birmingham. Added bonus being able to leave car at property. Sam & Mary are very enthusiastic and knowledgeable hosts. Sam's breakfasts are superb and available from 7am. We enjoyed a good spacious room to front of property, lovely comfy bed with high quality linen. Only moan would be size of tiny ensuite. However, would highly recommend this lovely B&B.

We booked this B&B because of the reviews on this site, and we were not disappointed. We stayed for five nights and found Sam & Mary to be wonderful hosts, and made us very welcome in their beautiful house. Nothing is too much trouble for them and made recommendations of where to go and eat in the area, printing off google maps and information for us, without us requesting it.
The accommodation is VERY good and well appointed...and if you stay here you MUST have the scramble eggs and smoke salmon....absolutely delicious.

The most wonderful B&B we've ever stayed at! Sam & Mary are extremely lovely hosts and certainly know how to make one's stay very clean, comfortable, luxurious and homely at the same time. The room (French Bedroom) was wonderful and quite. The room facilities were very good with a great selection of hot in-room beverages. Breakfast was probably better than some 5* hotels I've stayed at and they catered very well for my vegetarian diet with soy products etc...

It''s was very convenient to get to the Warwick Business School / University of Warwick as well.

We would strongly recommend anyone to stay at any of Sam & Mary's B&Bs and would certainly be staying with them again this year.

I just stayed with Sam and Mary for 10 days - the room was fantastic, and they are two of the nicest people you could meet. This was a terrific place to stay, and I would most definitely do so again. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast to anybody looking to stay in Coventry. Thank you so much.

Have just returned home after a most delightful 2 night stay with Sam & Mary. The room and en-suite were very clean and comfortable.

Would highly recommend this bed & breakfast and will be booking again if in the area.

An excellent place to stay; clean, comfortable, great food and a friendly welcome, helpful in every way. Will definitely stay again.
